Hello, my name is Steven J. Eichberg, and I would like to welcome you to the website of my company, the Law Offices of Steven J. Eichberg. I am a business and real estate attorney, specializing in the review, revision, and negotiation of commercial leases for franchisees. Trying to navigate the legal maze involved in commercial real estate can be extremely taxing for new franchisees, especially when they are dealing with all the other stresses associated with beginning a new business venture. I pride myself on my ability to quickly resolve lease issues for my clients so that they are able to concentrate on the other aspects of their business.

I obtained my BA Degree from California State University at Los Angeles in 1971 and I received my JD Degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 1974. I have been practicing law in the state of California since 1978, and in that time I have dealt with a huge variety of Commercial leases, primarily for franchisees. I am passionate about bringing calm to people during what can be a tumultuous and chaotic time in their professional lives. I feel like removing the stress from the real estate aspects of their new businesses allows my clients to focus on the things they need to do to help their businesses grow and thrive.
